7:30 pm – Gentle Stretching & Yoga Nidra
Day 2:
8 am – Morning Yoga & relaxing breath work
9 am – Ayurvedic Breakfast
11 am – Forest Bathing, Chanting, & Tea
1pm – Ayurvedic Lunch
2pm – Personal Time
3pm – Restorative Yoga & Guided Relaxation
5pm – Personal Time
6 pm – Ayurvedic Dinner
7:30 pm – Yoga Nidra & Sacred Sound Bath
