Meditation Teacher Training
Anuttara's Meditation Teacher Training course is an offering for you to both dive deeper into your meditation practice as well as to become empowered to guide others through the vast and expansive practice that is meditation.
Through Anuttara you can become certified as a 600+ hour Meditation Teacher through four 150 hour modules. Each of these modules can also be done individually which would certify you as a 150-hour Meditation Teacher. The modules do not need to be done in any particular order and can be joined at any time. The modules are done in a semi-retreat style. This means that half of each module is practical study & the other half is a personal practice. This combination of intellectual understanding and direct experience establishes the practitioner, as a complete and holistic meditation teacher.
**This course is recognized through the Yoga Alliance as a Continuing Education Program.**
