Sept. 29 - Oct. 3

There is a yogic analogy that Bhakti Yoga (The Yoga of Love) and Jnana Yoga (The Yoga of Self-knowledge) are like two wings of a bird and balance between these two paths is needed for the bird to fly.  For many of us, this journey from between head and heart is either not being tread or considered 'too difficult'.

Join Artemis Doyle in a 5-day semi-silent retreat dedicated to cracking open and learning to live in the Wisdom of the Heart.  This retreat will provide practices for blending and balancing the heart & mind and hopefully assisting you in finding your own ability to fly.

Silence will be practiced between sessions of Heart-based Yoga, Self-inquiry Meditation, Kirtan, Poetry, Cacao Ceremony, Devotional Dance, & more.

This is a 20 hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program.

"Wisdom tells me I am nothing.  Love tells me I am everything.  Between these two my life flows."

Who is Artemis?

Artemis Emily Doyle is a goof and dog-mother of two Karelian bear dogs. She walks through the world heart first.

Artemis has been practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade. Her practice grows with her beyond the mat and beautifully flowers in her teachings and sharing of kirtan.

It's not difficult to get Artemis involved in a philosophical discussion about Non-Duality.  Her love for Advaita extends to Vedanta, Tantra, Taoism, Bhakti Yoga, Spiritual Ecology & Beyond.

She has been initiated by both Guruji Raj Kumar & Sri Prem Baba.  In 2014, she personally met and received Darshan from Sri Mooji Baba.  His teachings have reverberated into her being ever since and she considers him to be one of her main teachers.  Artemis has also studied with Eric Baret, Ellen Emmet & Rupert Spira.

Aarti has a deep connection with Bhakti Yoga and if you really want to see her fully embody the divine, go to kirtan with Artemis. Nowhere does Artemis shine as brightly as when she allows the sacred sounds to move through her.

She is a registered Forest Therapy Guide and was initiated as a guide in Ceremonial Cacao in the traditional Guatemalan rite.  Artemis has been blessed with the opportunity to receive wisdom through many different vehicles; from books to plant medicines, from dreams to traumas, from family to complete strangers, from the forest to her own restless mind. Artemis practices finding God in dirty dishes and clumsy dance moves.
