Yoga Teacher Training
in the Wild North
"To be immersed in this location, surrounded by mountains, no technology to distract you, pure nature and pure silence, this is why I chose this location and why this training is unlike any other."
- Ananda, Anuttara Yoga Graduate
Anuttara Yoga Teacher Trainings are taught directly by the founders of Anuttara Yoga with one of the founders being certified with 2500 hours! Trainings are conducted in small groups to ensure that each student gets ample attention and leaves with a deep understanding of yoga and themselves.
Anuttara Yoga Teacher Trainings are conducted in an immersion setting which we feel is absolutely necessary for the students to remain undistracted and fully open to receive the teachings. The training is done while living a yogic lifestyle providing the students with a holistic learning experience.Anuttara Yoga is based on the belief that living in harmony with nature is an integral part of being a yogi and understanding what yoga means.
All of our teacher trainings are hosted in locations that live by the principle that the environment and nature are to be loved and respected. When we practice in locations founded on these beliefs, we are able to have a direct experience with nature. These experiences make it easier for us to see that we are not separate from nature at all but in fact one with all of life including even the smallest aspects of it.
Why the Ashram?
Located on 100 acres of natural old growth forest with rolling hills, surrounded by snow tipped mountains, cliffs, waterfalls and the beautiful Nass river this teacher training is in a location unlike any other.
